The leads are really good. I've bought leads here before and they are pretty concise and easy to buy. Since I'm just starting, its a lot more cost effective than doing bandit signs because the leads are already pre-qualified this saves time and money. The best feature is motivation level. Just by looking at the lead and discription I can tell if they are really motivated sellers or just tire kickers. Anyway, as I build house wholesaling business, I'm sure that I will continue to buy leads. It's reasonable, its effective and who knows you may take 27.00 and turn it into something big.
