I want to thank you for the service you provide. I closed today on a
lead I purchased from your service. The lead cost me about $25. Details
of the property: 4 bedroom 2 bath brick home. AVR $55,000 currently
rented at $350 a month. Out of state owner looking to settle a divorce
owned property free and clear. They accepted a $16,000 all cash offer!
I can hold the property for long term cash flow, or resell it to
another investor for a quick profit. That may be the best $25 I have
